Program Summary

Happy Seniors Home, a Senior Adult Day Care (SADC), operates in Hicksville, Nassau County. The SADC provides social activities, meals, recreation. The primary objective of the SADC is to ensure that its members are mentally and physically active thereby delaying or preventing institutionalization, enhance self-esteem and encourage socialization. The day care also relieves the caregiver from his or her duties for the day while ensuring that the care recipient will still receive the proper care in a safe, friendly environment.

Happy Seniors Home Inc. operates three days a week i.e. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30AM – 2:00PM. The SADC serves members in the cities neighboring Hicksville with members attending the SADC from Levittown, Westbury, Plainview, Syosset, Jericho, etc. Transportation is provided to members which picks them up from their house and drops them back once the days’ activities are over. The daily routine includes, and is not limited to:

• Breakfast and beverages in the morning.
• Prayers in various languages
